Moment for Life

I'm back! Yes, I have said that before and thought I meant it, but this time...well, I really sort of mean it. You get a full week of Fat Bottomed Girl. I highly doubt I can keep this up though. I start my Master's program very, very soon and Little Bug starts Kindergarten in a week! So, because I will be trying to work around all of that, I give to you, my loyal fans, a full week of posts.

Monday will, of course, be Must Have Monday, but this will be a very special "So you moved to the middle of nowhere?" edition.

Tuesday, which was once Time Warp Tuesday, is now Tuesday Thrashing. I am aware that Thursday Thrashing had a better ring, but school starts on Tuesday's now...so get over it.

Wednesday will remain What in the World? Wednesday.

Thursday is now either a Time Warp or Turn Up The Stereo Thursday. It'll make sense come this Thursday.

Friday, well, I don't know about Friday. Maybe I'll rehash the week and put up some pics of my Little Bug. Or maybe I'll dedicate it to Kitty Kat, Texas. I'll figure it out as I go I guess.

Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow, bright and early and with a smile on my face. Well, really not all that early and I cannot actually promise I'll be smiling.

The Way The Whole Thing Ends

No, not the end of my blog, just the end of the layout. I haven't liked how my blog looks for quite some time. I need to spruce it up. I've been looking for a custom blog designer for a while, but everything is too kitchy. I need something that is cleaner, but still me. Hopefully, I find that soon...lol.

I also want to add a page or two. I need to finalize the photo-a-day list for October, yes, October. All the freaks come out in October. Freaks are required for this contest! And once a week starting next week, I will be featuring a pinterest craft that I will be making (and should have made a long ago). Not in Pintester fashion, I really want to do a good job...lol. I'm starting next week with Scrabble tile coasters. They should be amazing!

Okay, on to the time warp....I'm not doing one today. DirecTV is being installed and shit is getting crazy. I'll be back tomorrow.

I'd Love to Change the World

...but I'll start with my blog. New layout, feel more me than that shiny, happy thing I had up before. Tell me what you think in the comments or via FB or Twitter. It took a really long time because I have no idea what the fuck I am doing....so you better say it's awesome.

Also, still taking suggestions for a theme for my soon-to-come Tuesday and Saturday blogs. Thursday is unofficially a "Thursday Thrashing" if that helps you. I'd kind of like to have a more generalized blog post on the other two days, but if someone offers an awesome recurring theme, then I will so be down with that.

One last thing, if any of you that read this know how to create a photo header, I'd love some help...or you can make this into one for me:

If I post a link to my blog on FB and you choose to click it and read what the blog says, please do not have the audacity to passive aggressively talk about what you can or cannot believe what some people would put down in writing.

Don't real world LOL (Thanks McCord for that term) as you read but then snarkily say that what I write could be misunderstood and that I should be considerate of others' feelings.

How about you man or woman the fuck up and say shit to my face....like I am sort of but not really doing right now? Seriously people, if you know me in real life, you should fully aware that I pull no punches. Wait, I guess by not naming some of you hypocritical bastards I technically AM pulling punches...but y'all get what I'm saying.

I don't force any of you to read my blog. I may strongly suggest that you read it, like it, comment on it, follow it, etc. under threat of making you blog fodder, but the majority of you read/like/comment/follow because we're friends and I make you laugh. You know I would never write anything terrible about you and not just because I would have to come up with more blog names. I want readers that WANT to read this mush that comes from my twisted mind, not FB/Twitter/Blog stalkers that are looking for a reason to be offended.

Also, I have been wanting to write more; not just Thursday thrashings as I have come to call them. I've been thinking about making myself a blog schedule. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday blogs. Thursday would be about school (of course) but I am taking suggestions for Tuesday and Saturday. I will also be having a guest blogger once a month. I know some crazy ass ladies (and gents) who I would love to feature. Not all of them have their own blog, but they either inspire me, scare me, or make me laugh and I would love to share that with my people. BTW, some of my followers also have blogs. L, S, and Ana are some of them and I read there stuff. Each one is different but they are all much nicer than I and if you're looking to get all up in this blogger thing, I would check them out.

Okay, that's my rant. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments via here or FB. If not, eh, I won't threaten you...THIS time. Also, every blog title is a song. Most of the time I pick good ones that don't just apply to the blog

Begin the Begin

So I started a blog. Yes, I do think I am important enought that people will flock to it in droves, just to read my brilliant musings and refreshing observations on society.

Okay seriously, I have been wanting to blog for a while now. I have no idea if it will have a theme or simply serve as a place where I can bitch about all the things going on in my day to day that might offend everyone on FB but I need to get out. Time will tell.
